Refund Policy

Physical Books

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
     

    • Refunds are available for physical books that arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect.
       

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
       

  2. Conditions for Refunds:
     

    • The book must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging and accessories.
       

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
       

  3. Refund Process:
     

    • Contact us via the contact form to initiate the refund process. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
       

    • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
       

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
       

  4. Shipping Costs:
     

    • Shipping costs for the return of a damaged or incorrect item will be covered by us.
       

    • For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.


       

Digital Books (eBooks)
 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
     

    • Refunds for eBooks are only provided in the event of a technical issue preventing access or download.
       

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
       

  2. Non-Refundable Conditions:
     

    • We do not offer refunds for digital books due to a change of mind.
       

  3. Refund Process:
     

    • Contact us using the contact form with details of the issue.
       

    • Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 7–10 business days.


       

Custom or Signed Books
 

Books that are personalized, signed, or made-to-order are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
